Title: Ensura Operation Continuity Database Purging

Description: 

To maintain your operation continuity, your IT organization must assume the direct responsibility of frequently purging your database using our Ensura™. Our current version of Ensura can provide purging features on a certain size of the database and will not properly operate if the database has grown beyond Ensura’s specifications due to a lack of frequent purging. Furthermore, failure to maintain purging may lead to degraded performance of your system.

Please be advised that OnviSource will not be able to support service tickets related to purging database files managed by Ensura if the database has not been maintained by customer IT personnel. However, OnviSource will immediately provide resolutions as part of its annual technical software support services if Ensura is not performing while the size of the database is within its specifications and a service request ticket is opened by the customer.

In the event your database size increases beyond the specifications of Ensura and reaches a state where it is not maintainable through Ensura, OnviSource will provide a paid Professional Service to return the database to a manageable state.
