Please be aware that 2016 is a leap year for your scheduling purposes. OnviCall does not recognize leap year (February 29th) and will automatically consider the February 29th date to be March 1st. It does not span across February 29th.
Leap Year Notify Schedule Fix
To avoid any scheduling conflicts that may occur due to the upcoming leap year, it is recommended that the schedule be separated into several parts:

End the Notify Schedule on February 28th

Manually address Notify Schedules for February 29th

Start a new Notify Schedule on March 1st
