OnviSource is announcing the End of Life Support for the legacy Manual Data Replication product used in OnviCall beginning July 1, 2016.

OnviSource recently released version 1.3 of the OnviGuard secure messaging application for iPhone users with iOS 9 and iOS 10 software. The app is available for download from the Apple App Store, by searching for “OnviGuard”.

OnviGuard™ Secure Messaging, version 1.3, supports Apple® Touch ID™, as well as supporting more robust musical patterns for audible notification.  The notification methods are slightly different for iOS 10 and iOS 9.  A summary of each is given below.

The new notification support requires an upgrade of the OnviCall Messaging Service to the latest release.

iPhone - iOS 10 - New Push Notification with audible musical tones​​

• When the app is in the background (not open on the phone) you will hear the new musical tones for 30 seconds

• When the app is in the foreground (open on the phone) you will hear the new musical tones for 30 seconds, and repeating every minute for 3 minutes

 

iPhone - iOS 9  -New Push Notification with audible musical tones​​

• When the app is in the background (not open on the phone) you will hear the new musical tones for 30 seconds

• When the app is in the foreground (open on the phone) you will hear the new musical tones for 30 seconds

 

New Features for iPhone iOS 10 and iOS 9:​​

• Touch ID on compatible devices (iPhone 5 or later)

• You can now send a message with a blank subject

• Other minor resolutions and enhancements
