OnviSource is releasing this Service Bulletin to inform OnviCall system users that, due to unavailability of certain hardware and software modules, OnviSource, after 9 years, is now forced to announce End-of-Life (EOL) for OnviCall as shown below:

Effective immediately, OnviSource will be unable to provide the following modules:

Hardware Boards: PIKA and AcuLab

Operating Systems: Licensing for Windows Server 2008©, Windows Server 2003© and Windows 7©

(Please note that the unavailability of the above modules was previously communicated to customers by OnviSource on May 31, 2017.)

Effective October 1, 2018, OnviSource will be unable to provide Software Support Services or Return Material Authorization for OnviCall and the modules listed above. Currently active support agreements with a renewal date beyond September 30, 2018, will be honored until they expire, and can be renewed as part of transitioning to OnviCom.

Many OnviSource customers have already upgraded their OnviCall to our new, all-inclusive and all-software OnviCom teleservices platform with VoIP options. OnviCom is also available as a cloud service with low upfront and monthly payments. OnviSource is prepared to assist customers in upgrading their systems to OnviCom as on premise or cloud services.
