Title:Â Nonstandard Portica Voicemail Function with OnviCom and OnviCall

As has been announced in the past, the intention of this Service Bulletin is to remind all users of Portica voicemail with OnviCall and OnviCom products that a nonstandard voicemail function, called "Notification via Email" is NOT supported by OnviSource. This nonstandard function, if used, will cause numerous performance problems for Portica voicemail.

All users of Portica voicemail are encouraged to audit their Portica configurations and entirely remove the Notification function from all voicemail accounts. Please note that the Notification must be removed even if it is configured as "Inactive".

Please be advised that Portica technical support services will not be provided by OnviSource if said Portica is configured with any form of Notification.
