Title: Notice of Data Center Service Interruption on January 18, 2024

Description:

To continue providing the most reliable service to its customers, OnviSource has made a significant investment in technology and equipment for an expansion of its Data Center located in Texas.

As part of the expansion efforts, OnviSource would like to inform all customers using Nexe`llecta of some expected disruptions during the upgrade window on Thursday, January 18th, between 10:00-11:15 a.m. CST.

Service interruption is expected for up to two minutes. All data feeds will continue to be queued and will process following this interruption.
Access to the ia.Insights feature will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes between 10:45-11:15 a.m.

Please be assured that all data feeds will be queued and will commence processing following this service disruption.
