Title: Notice of Data Center Service Interruption on January 18, 2024

Description: 
To continue providing the most reliable service to its customers, OnviSource has made a significant investment in technology and equipment for an expansion of its Data Center located in Texas. 

 

As part of the expansion efforts, OnviSource would like to inform all customers using OnviCom cloud services that a scheduled equipment upgrade will cause a service interruption of approximately 2 minutes during the upgrade window on Thursday, January 18th, between 10:00-11:00 a.m. CST.

 

This service interruption may require OnviCom cloud users to reconnect to the system, but should you experience any issues with reconnecting, please contact our Service team at service@onvisource.com or by calling (800) 388-8402.
